AUSTIN – Gov. Rick Perry has received the endorsement of the Texas Recreational Vehicle Association (TRVA) for re-election in 2010.
“Although the Texas RV industry is struggling from the economic downturn, Texas is much better positioned than any other state in the country to rebound when national recovery takes hold,” said TRVA Executive Director Clark McEwen. “With an attractive business climate – largely established by Gov. Perry's support of small business and lower taxes – the Texas RV industry will continue to lead the nation. We are deeply indebted to Gov. Perry for his small business initiatives and proud to offer our ongoing, enthusiastic support.”
TRVA is the nation’s first independent RV state association, representing more than 500 RV dealers, manufacturers, campground/RV parks, suppliers and service firms, all united to promote and protect the RV industry in Texas.
